    Farrier HQ is based in Toronto, Canada. All items are sourced directly from the UK and shipped to our Toronto HQ, ready to be shipped to your homes across Canada. If you are based in the US and interested in a particular item, please contact us at customercare@shopfarrier.com for a specialized shipping quote via UPS/DHL.

  • WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR ANTIQUES?

    Our Creative Director, Rosie, travels to her homeland in southern England to source all antique pieces and load up our shipping container for Canada! All English pieces are selected by hand for their quality craftsmanship, history, beauty and individuality. Given the proximity to France in the South of England, we are also able to source French antiques.

  • WHEN WILL NEW PRODUCTS BE LISTED?

    We list new drops to our website regularly. Follow us on Instagram at @farrierhome to get a sneak peek of our new listings!

  • DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY OR PICK-UP?

    Yes we do! Delivery is available by quote from our third party delivery partner, and pick-up is free from our showroom. Our showroom has recently moved and we are now located in Barrie, Ontario.

    We are happy to provide a custom quote before purchasing for both Canadian and US customers.

  • HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

    Shipping quotes are provided on a per item basis as they vary so much due to size, weight and distance. Please contact us for an estimate. Note that once an item is purchased, the sale is final. To avoid shipping costs, we encourage in-person visits to our showroom - pick up is free!

    For smaller decor items such as artwork, ceramics, and sheepskins, you can select our flat fee option at checkout and these items can be shipped across Canada.

    For larger pieces, you can expect delivery costs to range between $300-$600 for large furniture items to be delivered within a 5 hour radius of our showroom. To ship to other provinces outside of Ontario, quotes can vary from around $100-200 to ship a small stool, $400-500 to ship a medium size furniture piece, and $1000+ for large furniture items.

  • CAN I COME AND SEE YOUR COLLECTION IN PERSON?

    We would love to show you around the showroom so you can touch and feel the real products and see if they are a match for your project! Viewings are by appointment only in Barrie, Ontario. If you are further afield and would like a viewing, we are happy to offer virtual walk-throughs. Appointments can be made here.

  • DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

    Due to being a small business, at this time we cannot offer refunds and all items are final sale. We understand buying a piece of antique furniture is an investment and we encourage you to see the collection in person or virtually before purchasing, and ask as many questions as you need!
